Hemant Jain - Co-founder and CEO

Hemant is a seasoned consultant with 25 years of experience in leading transformation and technology implementations in the world’s leading companies. He is an SME for sales transformation, lead-to-cash processes, and CRM, CPQ, and CLM solution implementations. He is an early adopter of the Salesforce platform and worked on it since 2005. Prior to founding Astuteforce, Hemant held leadership positions in Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, and Ness Digital.

Hemant has helped many companies in their journey to increase revenue and reduce costs by enabling new business models, streamlining operations, and building personalized customer experiences. He has executed multiple transformation programs that touched sales, service, product, billing, and eCommerce functions. He is a senior leadership advisor on front and middle office transformation. He has delivered global solutions with technologies like Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce, Conga, Oracle CPQ, Boomi, and MuleSoft.

Hemant holds a master’s degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Science and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology.
